Programs are written specifically for each client to include strength, mobility, and endurance training. Plans are adjusted as each client progresses.

Questions You Might Have Before You Start

Most people wonder how personal training actually works in practice, especially if they've never worked with a trainer before or aren't sure what to expect from session to session.

What happens during the first session?

Your Personal Trainer will ask about your goals, movement history, and any limitations, then take you through a few basic exercises to see how you move. This helps them write a program that fits your body and schedule.

How often do I need to train each week?

Most clients train two to three times per week to see steady progress without overloading their recovery. Your Personal Trainer will recommend a frequency based on your goals and availability.

What if I've never lifted weights before?
Your program will start with bodyweight movements and light resistance to teach proper form and build a foundation. You'll progress to heavier weights only when your technique is solid.
How long does it take to see results?
You'll notice better movement control and less fatigue within the first few weeks. Measurable strength gains and visible changes typically show up after six to eight weeks of consistent training.
What if I need to reschedule a session?

Communication with your Personal Trainer  is essential to your success.  We do not charge for sessions if you are ill, have an emergency or have communicated with your trainer prior to your session and have been able to reschedule to a time that is agreeable to you and your trainer.  If you are missing sessions without communication, you will be charged for that session in full.  Respect for scheduling is an important part of a successful client/Trainer relationship.
